Please join the RHSC for a Wine and Cheese tasting event.
How it works:
Participants are requested to bring 1 bottle of red or white wine per 1-2 members tasting. The bottles will be concealed for a blind tasting and participants will have the opportunity to taste and score wines. The scores will be tallied and “favorite” wines will be announced. The cost per bottle should not exceed $20.
For 1-2 participants: 1 bottle of either red or white wine should be provided
For 3-4 participants: 2 bottles of either red or white wine should be provided
For 5-6 participants: 3 bottles of either red or white wine should be provided
* Please bring whatever type of wine (either red or white) you wish to taste. So, participants who wish to taste the red wines will bring a bottle (s) of red and the same for white wines.
The RHSC will provide a variety of gourmet cheeses from around the world for your tasting! The selection of cheeses we had at last year's wine tasting included: Tomme d’ Aydius (France), Vlaskass (Holland), Manchego El Trigal – Reserva (Spain), Mimolette Francaise (France), 8 Year White Cheddar (Canada), Parmigiano Reggiana (Italy)

vicecommodore@rockhallsailingclub.org if you plan on attending this event. The response needs to include: Participants names, Boat name and type of wine you wish to taste.
